Hi, I'm Charlotte
I am a pre and post natal personal trainer based in Basingstoke, Hampshire.
I believe I am the person that I really needed during my own journey and so I am here to listen, to validate your pregnancy and postnatal journey and to help you realise the potential of your amazing body!

Classes and Workshops

I’ll work with you to understand your journey, whether pre or postnatal, to deliver a fitness programmed tailored to your needs.
Based from my studio in Basingstoke, these classes are private (not a gym setting!) and are bookable in blocks of 4, 8 or 12.
Each block booking includes:
- Private personal training session (55 minutes each)
- Personalised nutrition guides
- Pelvic and core rehabilitation (if applicable)
- Access to additional home or gym based workouts, to compliment your training

Similar to one on one sessions, if you and a partner, friend or work colleague, are both post-natal, you can train together with a fitness programme that is still tailored to your individual needs. Training with a friend can have many benefits, including increased motivation and confidence!

Specialised sessions focused on pelvic floor & core rehabilitation and building back through the foundations of breathing, connection and control.
